Mazoon Aluminum lab

Mazoon’s platform for testing and developing window and door systems according to high performance and reliability standards.

About the lab

In the Mazoon Aluminum lab, we test window and door systems according to precise performance criteria, including thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, air and water tightness, and structural durability.

We use a combination of digital prototyping and physical mock-ups, which allows us to refine designs before approving them for real projects and reduce errors on site.

The lab aims to ensure that every system carrying the Mazoon name achieves a consistent level of quality under different operating conditions, whether in residential projects, commercial projects, or advanced facades.

Optimized designs
Continuous calibration of dimensions, accessories, and locking systems to achieve balanced performance.
Performance reports
Documenting test results to support technical decision-making in projects.
Prototype models
Manufacturing full system prototypes before moving to large-scale production.

Research and Development (R&D)

The lab represents the link between the design team and the on-site execution team, where new ideas are tested before being rolled out to approved systems.

This enables Mazoon to develop custom solutions for signature projects, such as large glass facades, heavy-duty sliding doors, and advanced insulation systems.

Testing areas

  • Air, water, and wind performance tests.
  • Thermal and acoustic insulation tests.
  • Tests for finish quality, accessories, and their suitability for daily use.
  • Trialing custom solutions for projects (Customized Systems) before execution.

Lab objective

Ensuring that every Mazoon window or door system is not just based on drawings, but has been physically tested and refined before it reaches your project.
